It is used for outlining in fabric painting.
You can use them on cotton, lawn, silk, organza, georgette crinkle and chiffon fabric. They are permanent gutta cones which means you can hand wash them.
Each outliner cone is of 40 ml. Easy application with the cone.
Before applying on fabric, first check its consistency/flow before applying on your main project.
